We typically take on four kitchen projects a year.

How long does it take to design and make an Atelier kitchen?

What other pieces of furniture do you make besides kitchens?

We make a wide variety of different items of furniture besides kitchens, just to name a few; bedroom wardrobes, dining tables, beds, coffee tables, vanity units, bootroom cupboards, drinks cabinets, side boards and lots more!

All of our timber is FSC certified. We like to source as much material locally using near by timber millers and tree surgeons.

Where do you source your materials?

Do you spray paint or hand paint?

We always opt to hand paint our kitchens and items of furniture. In our opinion you can’t beat hand painting. It’s easier to maintain than spray paint and gives a more authentic finish. However sometimes in contemporary kitchens spray painting is great especially for glossy surfaces

How many people are in your team?

4 if you are including our two cocker spaniels Dusty & Rolo without them however it is 2 - Jamie and Rhiannon who design, build, paint and install all our kitchens and furniture - However depending on the size of the project we do sometimes call in an extra pair of hands especially for installations!
